A meeting between Maurizio Bonafede and coworkers with Frank Roth took place
in March 1999 in Strasbourg, France, parallel to the tenth biennal EUG meeting. Another meeting
with Bonafede and Ragnar Stefánsson took place at the GeoForschungsZentrum
Potsdam in June 1999.
