The PREPARED kick-off meeting was carried out in accordance with the following programme of meetings:

Monday, February 24 - Icelandic Meteorological Office

Contractors and other participants gather at the Icelandic Meteorological Office. Informal discussion in larger or smaller groups.
If requested opportunity can be given to visit other Icelandic institutions participating in the project, i.e. Science Institute,
University of Iceland, Nordic Volcanological Institute and Earthquake Engineering Research Centre and discuss with the scientists
that will work on the project.

End of Kick-off meeting
Besides the main meeting on February 25, general meetings were held on Monday morning and Wednesday morning on general matters, data exchange, website and other tools for communication between partners, reporting, deliverables , etc. Bardi Thorkelsson and Ragnar Stefánsson chaired the main meeting on February 25, and Ragnar Stefánsson chaired the two other general meetings.
Meetings of various work groups (WP´s) took place on Monday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon as well as visits to the various Icelandic institutions which participate in the project.
